Bunch of criminals. The curtains didn’t match the pictures so I asked to return them. They explained that they are having problems with return labels and asked me to pay for the shipping myself but also promised to refund the shipping once I submit the receipt. Due to the weight of the package, I ended up spending £10 on the return shipping and Deconovo never compensated me for it. They spent two months promising to refund but never did. In the end I contacted PayPal. The worst shopping experience, I recommend against using their website.

I purchased a pair of blackout curtains. (Amazon). Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the material and proceeded to get a refund. Amazon said that I need to contact the manufacturer which I did but they told me to contact Amazon. Still no way to get a refund because Deconovo or Amazon will not give me a refund! If you are in Canada, DO NOT BUY THEM!
