I have a monthly subscription of this because I travel so much for work. I always take it before my flight however, I don’t like that after a while even in storing it in the dark pantry, the package is puffed up. I think this means that the vitamin C is expiring.

Cymbiotika products come in convenient "liposomal delivery" packets, which makes them easy to take on the go. I have the Vitamin C one. Keeping it real on the flavor—it’s not exactly delicious, very much that sharp, medicinal taste you expect from a vitamin. But it helps me catch up on some of the Vitamin C I’m missing and boosts my immunity, which is always good these days.
