Improve on flavors and texture. I'm sure there's a reason, but I was surprised by the extra packaging on these. When you open the package the actual bar is inside another package. 

I was really disappointed by these. I was so excited to try these, this type of product is right in my wheelhouse. However, upon tasting them they tasted really artificial actually and had a very odd not quite dry not quite spongey texture. They also were creamy tasting, which was impressive, but it didn't hit the mark with the other flavorings. I've had freeze dried products similar to this before and haven't experienced that texture. The branding is nice, and the idea of it is great just wasn't there taste and texture wise.
