Coolibar reviews and discussion

I bought a few pieces from Coolibar, including the Tulum Rash Guard, Ultimate Half Zip Rash Guard, and Kahuna Swim Shorts, and they've held up well over multiple beach and pool trips. The fabrics are lightweight and comfortable, even on hot days, and they dry quickly left out for a bit in the summer. What stands out most is that they don't feel overly sporty or technical. The sun protection is the reason I bought them, but it's almost an invisible benefit. What I notice day to day is that they're easy to wear, don't overheat, and make long days outside more comfortable.

I purchased their sun protection arm sleeves + gloves when they were on sale. Ultimately I stopped wearing their because they kept falling down on the arm area and the design was a bit too loud (that design was on sale). Overall I wouldn't repurchase and this was a pricy mistake.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered something online and tried to input a valid sale discount code. The code didn’t take but the order went thru. Called customer service but they aren’t open on weekends. I wrote an email, three days later - no response. So I called customer service and they replied they wouldn’t honor the valid discount code and there are NEVER any adjustments after an order is placed. Coolibar just lost a long time customer!
