These are certainly an interesting snack. Before I opened the bag I thought they would be thin slices of mushroom - more like a traditional potato chip - but they're actual full whole mushrooms seemingly smashed and air dried into a relatively flat form. Because of this, they're dense! Not so much a light and crispy bite - they're more firm and definitely require some bite power to get through. The flavor was good, but a little salty for my taste. The base mushroom flavor definitely comes through so there's no mistaking what you're eating and then the whole thing is dusted with a flavor coating and I wish there was slightly less of it.
