Love their bags! I actually have two (one as a fanny pack and one as a regular bag) that are always packed with supplies I need on the go. I also gave a larger one to my dad for his dog. I'm also debating getting a larger option since sometimes the space is a little small for my needs but for now it works out exactly as is. Also, my pet sitter said after her last stay that she loves the bag and will be getting one for herself, hehe! The one negative thing is it did take a while to ship it to my dad in Germany but I think that was a customs issue. I did not have issues getting it to us here in the US (which is funny since it's from the UK - but idk sometimes it be like that I guess)
