DO NOT BUY A CLMBR. Horrible warranty, horrible customer service--especially now that my warranty is up. I've had mine (1st version) for two years ... replaced entire machine w/n 1st six months. However, one year warranty (all that was offered back then) only covered from date of purchase, not from when I received the new one, and had to pack up the old one and send it back. Skyler, who is their technical guru, is great, but handcuffed to their horrible warranty. W/ the 2nd machine that was sent (still their 1st version), Skyler had to coach me through adding resistance based on cable adjustments internally that increased the magnetic resistance -- no way the general population using these machines would be able to do this on their own. Now, the plastic pulley in the left tower physically broke and the only way to fix is to replace w/ a new tower. I'm six weeks into a conversation w/ customer service and now getting ignored. I haven't even received the offer of upgrading to the '02' version, which I absolutely wouldn't do, at this point. If you're looking for a climber, choose the VersaClimber; better quality, better longevity, better customer service. DO NOT BUY A CLMBR!!
