I have ordered a shampoo bar but it did not arrive. I have contacted the brand asking for refund but had no reply. I had chased the reply and they said they will ship a replacement - which I received. So while customer service was slow and not particularly friendly, they did the right thing for which I am grateful. The shampoo bar is really good, lathers a lot and is working well on dry wavy hair with oily scalp. I am considering to order more once I run out.
