Awful to my skin! Bought the cleanser for sensitive skin and my skin got worst, a lot of pimples started to appear.

Nothing can top them for their simplicity and gentleness. They are like the warm, comforting, healing embrace of a mother after the cold, cruel world has harmed you and your skin barrier. The only reason I’m deducting a star from this review is that they still aren’t cruelty free and that makes me sad.

Since this brand is very well known as the safest and most effective skincare, this may come as a shock. It was quite shocking for me too as I am devoted to their products. However, they all contain Propylparaben which is classified as a hazardous ingredient and is prohibited in leave-on products. If you do not already know, parabens are highly harmful to humans as they are endocrine disruptors that exhibit estrogenic and anti-androgenic properties. This means they may contribute to the development of estrogen-dependent tumours and thus certain breast cancers. Their SPF stuff contains Octocrylene and Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate which is a common chemical UV filter allergic in particular cases to the sun. It is also a suspected endocrine disruptor. SPF stuff also contains parabens and BHT which are also classified as hazardous.

I have been using CeraVe Moisturizer and foaming facial cleanser for about 6 months now, and my skin has never looked better. I recommend this product to all my friends. Another thing the product packaging is pretty unisex (not that I care) but for some men they do. This product is all around a great product.

I’ve used almost all their cleaners and tend to repurchase the foaming one the most. I also use their sunscreen. I have been using Cerave for years now and it’s really helped my oily skin. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mild cleanser for breakout-prone skin.
