CH-FSH-US-45284205 ⭐ 1 Star This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My package was delivered to the wrong location, and instead of investigating the issue or providing a solution, customer service simply ignored the main problem. The proof of delivery provided is completely inadequate. The photo does not clearly show the apartment number, the recipient, or any identifying details that would prove the package was delivered to the correct address. Despite this, they closed the case and refused to take responsibility. I was essentially told to go door-to-door looking for my package in a large residential complex with hundreds of apartments. That is not a reasonable expectation for a customer, especially when the delivery mistake was made by the carrier. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve the issue are unacceptable. I paid for a product that I never received and received no meaningful support when I asked for help. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
