When my husband first ordered the set of suit cases (3, large, medium and small) - I thought it was kind of crazy amount of money.  However, he travels for work all of time and we as a family travel more than average.
When they arrived, the packaging felt luxurious and they really are beautifully designed cases, that roll so effortlessly.  They're easy to spy at the airport as I've never seen anyone else with this brand.  They're so pretty that they make travel feel a bit elevated and we always get compliments on them.  For something that I wasn't really into when they were initially purchased, I find myself wanting to use them more than any other luggage/suit cases we have.  Despite them being used nearly every week - they still look in great condition after a year of travel wear and tear.  Worth every penny - we love them.

I had done extensive research on leather totes with laptop sleeves and Carl Friedrik was always the top but the Ashby bag was always sold out. I found a dupe from Quince but it just didn’t hold its shape the way I expected so when the opportunity to preorder the bag in cognac came, I did it.
It’s roughly 3x the cost of my dupe but worth it for the top zipper alone. The leather is really high quality and built to last on par with other reviews (some people say they’ve had theirs for 20 years). The straps are solid and won’t roll or chip, the interior is a grey fabric that appears easy to clean if needed, and with the laptop sleeve hidden on the side, it means you can carry plenty of other things in the main compartment. I can fit my planner, make up accessories, a card holder, lunch from home, and a few seltzers for the day in mine. There’s also a larger inside zip compartment and 3 pouches that can fit your phone and other smaller items.

Love this so much I am on my second wallet - not because of quality but because of an unfortunate incident with my dog. The dog loved it so much he ate half of it!
