The customer service team was attentive and responsive and resolved my question in a timely manor.

I have two of the larger size Luka belt bags and plan to purchase more colors in the future. I find the bag to be stylish, functional and roomy, holding a ton of items while remaining lightweight!

Great customer service. Responsive. Products are great and well engineered for traveling purposes. All the things you wish for (luggage slip on the handle bar, inside pockets, key rings, shoe compartments) are available and included in the products best suited. Have a few products to based on current needs and will continue looking towards calpak as my number one for traveling and commuting purposes.

I have a few items from Calpak: cosmetic case, travel back pack, mini backpack, and passport holder. I love them; super good quality, well priced and seem durable!

I bought the Luka 15 in backpack and the connect backpack. The Luka is a little tighter than I thought, I use it for school so I do need to get a lot of things in there and they don't all fit but they do have a bigger size which I might try. Color wise it's more neutral than I expected (Latte) but it's still pretty, has lots of compartments which is good when traveling to keep things organized. The connect backpack is really cute for school, it has a keys chain that i felt was missing on the Luka and it's pretty to look at. Pricing is a little on the higher side but I believe it is justifiable for the quality of the product and the variety and most importantly their willingness to keep listening to their customers. Overall they're awesome! Love their customer service team online, I'm sure they get tons of messages and tags and they still make time to reply and check back on their customers and messages. I'm giving a 5 rating not because the products are perfect but because their products are great and they are willing to listen, improve and fix whatever issue or concern customers have.

Calpak is my favorite travel brand! It's clear this company knows what travelers need. They have a product for all my travel needs. My favorites are their new everything cube and the connect duffel. What really stood out was the durability, especially with my clear cosmetics case. I've had it for like two years and it's still holding up great. After lots flights my bags and check in luggage still look pretty new and are easy to spot clean. Plus, their customer service is top-notch, answering my questions and assisting with tracking during shipping. I always recommend Calpak as my go to brand when asked what I carry they're the best !!

I love their products! Their Luka line is my absolute favorite. Great quality materials, love the vibrant colors, and love how versatile they are to every outfit. My Fanny pack holds so much! I also just got their front-pocket carry-on and can’t wait to use it on future trips. Seems very sturdy and rolls super smooth.

I've purchased or been given multiple CALPAK products, and have purchased them as gifts as well for family members. We've had wonderful experiences all around. When I needed some help with a couple of different orders (using my points toward $ off on an order, changing a shipping address after the fact, etc), the customer service has answered me almost immediately and resolved the issue, been polite, etc. Super cute luggage and so far, great quality with every purchase.

Not only are Calpak products very well-designed, they also come in an amazing variety of colors, their loyalty program and sales are awesome, and their customer service is excellent. The few times I have had an issue with the product or haven't completely loved something, they've given me discount codes and replacements right away. I've been so impressed with this company, and when I went on a recent trip using luggage and packing cubes from them, I got so many people asking me where I bought them.

I have a few items from CalPak, my favorite are the Luka duffel, fits perfectly as a personal item on a plane. The bag fits perfectly under the seat on the flights I’ve taken it one. It has a number of interior pocket and a hidden side pocket. The bag is also able to go on top of your luggage with the luggage trolley sleeve. I also have the clear cosmetic cases, I LOVE these. The plastic is really thick, you can see where all your items are and it folds up neatly.

I love my Terra Duffle Backpack! The amount of stuff you can fit in this bag is amazing. No shortage of pockets, including a laptop sleeve. I did get it to fit under the seat in premium economy and when using my CalPak compression packing cubes I got even more stuff in there. 10/10!

Love their Terra backpack! It has lasted me through multiple countries as my personal bag on planes. I would recommend their Terra backpack for multiple days and international travel.

Love Calpak products. I own the Luke duffle and crossbody as well as the lunch bag. They've all held up well for both travel and everyday life. I'm also buying the baby line for my new baby. Returns have been easy and the rewards program is a great perk!

Best Luggage hands down

I love their travel organizers! I have the packing cubes i 3 colors, the clear cosmetic cases in all sizes, tech case, compact pouches and jewelry case. And my recent purchases laptop sleeve and 3pack pouches. They are all great quality and serves a great purchase. I really recommed their products!

I researched and followed this brand for awhile before I eventually caved and decided to buy the Luka Duffel bag during one of their sales. Totally worth the money! It’s so lite weight and can fit almost as much as my carry on!

I received a piece of CALPAK hard luggage as a bridal shower present back in 2017 and hands down best piece of luggage I’ve owned. The quality and durability of the piece is far superior than other items I have owned in the past. When I was due for a new set I was pleased with the selection offered and stumbled upon a back to school deal and couldn’t resist the Evry starter bundle. Was able to try new products and traveling is so much more organized now. I have since purchased the medium and large clear cosmetic case amongst other CALPAK products to make traveling so much easier. Not only do their products help you to stay organized but they are durable and well made and have a wide selection of products and color choices. Something for everyone. Very happy with my purchases thus far and will continue to be a repeat customer!
