Calpak Travel earns largely positive reviews for stylish, highly organized luggage and bags that hold up through frequent travel, though reports of strap tearing, peeling, stuck handles, and broken zippers raise durability concerns. Reviewers praise the Luka Duffel, Terra Duffle Backpack, and Hue carry-ons for thoughtful compartments, wipeable materials, smooth-rolling wheels, and under‑seat fit, while noting bulkiness, uncomfortable shoulder carry when overpacked, limited interior space on some front‑pocket carry‑ons, and occasional quality inconsistencies.

  • Product warranty is undercover terrible. My suitcase broke on the first trip, CALPAK were conveniently “out of stock” of the wheel that disappeared on my voyage. Another garbage company that was once quality. Do NOT case your money.

  • I bought both the carry on duffle bag $138 and the cross body belt bag $63. They were just ok. Too small. Cheap looking for how expensive they were. Customer service was bad trying to return them. I am still dealing with getting the correct refund. I was told I could combine them to save return shipping. I properly included both return slips but only got the cheaper $63 refunded minus shipping . Had to waste money on shipping to return them. Had to keep writing them to get the $138 duffle refunded because they only refunded one item. They have no phone number. Takes days for response. EDIT: Got 2nd one refunded eventually with a note saying we will do a one time exception. What? An exception on a $138 return that was included with my $63 return? I regret buying these.

  • I own the following that is the basis of this review a) A medium suitcase; b) 2 carry on rolling suitcases; c) a duffel bag; d) a toiletry kit; e) a gadget organizer; f) a water bottle sling bag; and g) a key holder. And I love all of them except my Luka duffel bag which I find is looking more like diaper bag. What is good about these products a) Minimalist design without taking away the fun; b) Wheels in the suitcases work well; c) Zippers work well and I love the double TSA lock on the carry on suitcase that also has a laptop compartment; d) Designs are functional and won't go out of style. What is not good a) When you sign in for the text message - Calpak sends way too many messages; b) Prices are on the high end so I wait for a sale or a discount. They also have an online virtual event where they feature a product or two and you can order them with considerable discount if you order during the virtual event. In general, the quality is good and strong since its polyester. I am still a bit worried about disposing a used item later on since not everybody can recycle polyester and I hope that they could take back their own used products for further recyling rather than having them thrown in the dump when disposal time comes. I will buy again.

  • Love this brand. I have the makeup organizer and it has changed the game for me. A little on the pricey side but it felt like a great investment piece.
