Great product, use them for reading, work, and watching TV.
My blue light glasses are with me at all times. In college, I'm constantly looking at my computer, and I've found that these glasses really help diminish my headaches, and they're so cute too. My only complaint is that they leave a harsh red mark on the bridge of my nose every time I wear them.

I purchased a set of readers from Caddis a few months ago. I got them with the blue block added to the lenses. They are quite comfortable and easy to clean. I have not experienced any soreness or redness marks on my nose. They stay on well and don’t slip down. I get lots of compliments on them, which softens the blow of having to wear readers. The lenses are quite clear and the blue block tint does not bother me. I’m sure it helps. I bought a second pair already.

I've bought four pairs of these. Given the price, that says a lot. I.e. they are worth it. The quality of the lenses and frames is superb. I like that multiple people (on Zoom) have asked me about them. I like that when I had trouble adjusting to the bi-focal sunglasses version they took the return gracefully. FWIW I have a fairly small face and use the Bixby frame, in multiple colrs.
I have a pair of blue light glasses from CADDIS. I receive so many compliments on the shape and look of them. Also, they prevent me from getting the terrible headaches I have when being in front of too many screens for too long. I don’t know if that’s the placebo effect or not, but whatever it is, I feel better haha!

Cutest frames ever. Problem is they are heavy and are plastic and are not really adjustable. Left nose pad digs into me but nothing can really be done. Caddis says it can but two opticians have told me no. I do like that they are medium size and fit a little snugger than most glasses do. I have been getting stick on nose pads for the nose and they help a bit.
