This pillow is pretty great. Right from the start at the unboxing it feels luxurious. It arrives in a branded box with the pillow within a mesh carrying bag. The pillow firmness is very sturdy and supportive and the shape fits just right around you when you're sitting. The shape always springs back no matter how it ends up getting squished and it feels like it will last for a long time. I got the magnolia color and the cover is buttery soft, smooth, and the pink is vibrant and the perfect shade. I would have given this a five star but a few things lowered it down to a four. First, the branded tag that's sewn right on the center of the cover is, in my opinion, not the best placement. It is raised up and the edges are scratchy so I have to be careful to always have that side of the pillow on the bottom. It seems like an easy solution and minor, but it's a hassle to always remember and can be easily forgot when tired or distracted by more important things. Additionally, my cover arrived with a few imperfections. I reached out to customer service and received no reply for two weeks. It wasn't until I reached out a second time where they replied to me. They did send me a replacement cover, which was nice, but their response time was not the best. The replacement cover isn't perfect either, the branded tag is off center, which is a bit annoying. It's still usable of course but with the high price I would expect better quality control. In the end, I'm happy I have this pillow and it would make a great gift for someone expecting.
