Quality seems high and I got a good impression of the brand as a whole during the purchasing process. I wasn't sure my dog would like the kibble so I asked for a small sample of the flavour I was interested in. I got a very nice response back and a sampler in the mail the week after, thumbs up!
Feedback
The subscription-first approach of the checkout process could use some improvement. I added a one-time purchase of kibble and wanted to add a small treat as well. Apparently everything you add to the cart is a subscription by default so you have to re-choose one-time-purchase again after adding something to not get an accidental subscription like I did...
