Really convenient shipping. The chair came obviously in parts and it took me awhile to put it together mostly because some of the levers I wasn’t sure which way was the front or back or top or bottom. The lumbar support in theory seemed like a good idea but I can’t make it angle enough for me to be comfortable. I purchased for all the customizable adjustments but it is not super intuitive — for example I have trouble knowing which knobs to turn to bring the back forward — and I always have to look up a YouTube video because even the instructions aren’t super helpful.
