Boxed Water is Better is a smart choice for eco-conscious folks. They use cardboard packaging to reduce plastic waste, which is great. The water tastes good, and the packaging is easy to carry. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to regular bottled water. But if you care about the environment, it's a good option.

I want to like these because I love the mission statement of keeping water as sustainable as possible but the taste... I don't know how to describe it. Of course you're still hydrated but the taste is weird. I can't figure out if it's the packaging or if my tastebuds have been trained after years of tap water and plastic bottles. My job provides these as our only potable water from time to time so I'll continue to try them. Maybe over time I will come around.

I really love this company’s mission and packaging. I was worried about the taste of the water and if the box flavor itself would seep into the water but the water is just normal. Compared to other bottled ph balanced waters I’ve had, this one is not especially wonderful.

I’m very picky about my water’s taste. First world problems, I know. But Boxed Water is my go-to because it tastes the best and has recyclable packaging so I don’t feel guilty about using a plastic bottle. I also love how the company plants a tree for each time you post a picture with your boxed water! I usually refill my boxes to get more uses out of them. I’ve also frozen some and used them as temporary cold packs for coolers.

It's just water. No matter which way you slice it. I guess it's better than bottled water, but it's a classic example of "why would a consumer buy this instead of a plastic water bottle that's significantly cheaper." Even those who care about the environment may not be willing to cough up the additional premium for WATER.

I got this for free a couple times. Each time, I was very excited because it had been something I've been wanting to try but isn't important enough for me to actually remember. So glad I got it for free each time I got it because this water tastes like what jet fuel tastes like when you smell it. bonus points if you get what I'm saying when I say it tastes like what jet fuel tastes like specifically when you're on the jetbride to your morning flight, it's still chilly/foggy outside and you just want to sleep.

I am a certified water snob. I drink a lot of it and only drink water from a known source. I have in my office, Just Water, Flow Spring Water, Smart Water and Glass Bottle Aqua Water. I also have Boxed Water. The Boxed Water, albeit a good sustainable option, has two flaws (IMO). One, because of where the drinking spout is, it's difficult to drink out of the carton. The nose gets in the way of the carton. Two, the water has a funny taste, like I can taste the cardboard. I'm sure I may have a bad case, but after giving a box to two employees, the opinions were the same. Perhaps another try is appropriate, so I'm not writing it off, I just have not bought any more of it. If I see it in a store, I'll try a single box. Right now I have most of a case left that's sitting in my office. BTW - immediately after I drank a box, I called your office and left a message with my thoughts. Not only does it taste but good, but it comes in an eco-friendly, recyclable carton, which I really appreciate. They even offer delicious flavors!

I liked boxed water a lot. I will say it taste better then most pre bottled waters but I don’t go for it a lot due to the price point.

Alaska Airlines sometimes has this brand of water on their flights. Clean tasting and I like their packaging, especially that it can be recycled.

We used to have these at work. They taste awful. The packaging is nice and appealing, but the water itself was terrible compared to the sink.
