Best Kombucha around. They brew in their studio in Berlin focussing on local products. 
The taste is spot on, a lot of fizz as well.
They also have a line called Proxy, which are some very low alcohol (0.5%), but high end drinks.

The best kombucha in Germany (I'm certain they're local?!). I've ordered the variety crate of Bouche a few times and I often grab one when I'm out. Highly recommned the hibiscus flavour.
