Ristela Product.... Please be careful taking these supplements for women. I took these for 2-3 months. There was no benefit what so ever while taking these, but I did notice I started having heart palpations and an upset stomach. I tried taking these with food, but it didn't help. I got on their website to cancel the auto subscription and found out it showed I didn’t have an auto shipment on auto. Then later, I received a package from Bonafide, which I was surprised. I sent an email asking for a return authorization. They send me an email saying if it was unopened I could send it back. Apparently, they have 14-day policy for returns. It’s a 14-DAY, FROM THEIR SHIP DATE to receive a refund. That’s absolutely absurd!!! When my doctor told me this supplement maybe making me ill, he recommends for me to go on an elimination diet for a few months to figure out what is causing me to feel ill. I reached out to Bonafide to explain my situation and to see If I could still get a refund since it had been 22 days since they shipped the product to me, I reached out to them several times. They stated NO, since it had been over the 14-days, which I can’t remember when it actually came in. Anyway, for their company not to have some exceptions to the policy is ridiculous. I’m now stuck with an unopen bottle that cost $139 because they won’t budge on a refund. This just tells me this company is only about their $$ and not their customers. Hope you have a better experience with Bonafide then I did.
