    I bought one of these for my wife for Christmas. The quality of the water was noticeable and my wife was very happy. Too bad the filter had a leak and flooded my cabinets causing water damage. this wasn't a bad connection I did, mind you, this was a leak directly from the unit itself. Bluedot wouldn't send me a whole new filter. instead they wanted to send me the replacement part and a video of how I could fix it. they didn't overnight it, or ship it expeditiously either. It took them two weeks to get me a replacement part that I had to fix myself in my now soggy/moldy cabinets.

    I adore my bluedot! Got my filter back in 2020 and can’t stop talking about it. It was incredibly easy to install (we were renting at the time so it was perfect) and the water tastes delicious! I hate traveling and being without it 😆 I love that the water is on-tap and that I can use it for everything: for the dog, cooking and watering the plants. Truly worth every penny.

    I bought a periwinkle bluedot in 2020 when they launched and I’ve been in love from Day 1! The water tastes *amazing*. Setting it up took me I think 2 or 3 minutes, it was easy af. I’ve also moved with it twice and it was really easy to remove and take with me, and their customer service was super helpful when I had questions about that. 10/10!

    A product that allows a fast, easy, and cheap solution to filtering the water I use daily? What more could I ask for! I absolutely love my bluedot and love having clean drinking water.
