I love this natural laundry soap! Salt Air is my favorite scent to wash linens, and Stone Fruit for fresh, clean smelling clothes. The more I learn about the toxic chemicals and micro plastics in the big name detergents, the more I appreciate brands like Bloop. And best part is, my laundry smells amazing!!
I heard about this new laundry soap brand from a friend and tried it out - I'm blown away by how awesome it is! I've been struggling to find a detergent with natural ingredients, less plastic waste, that actually smells good. I don't care for the artificial "tide" type scent and the other other options on the market are very crunchy (ie lavender or patchouli). The bloop scents are amazing! Not only that, my whole house smelled fragrant while I was doing laundry, and my sheets smelled fantastic after the wash! The Salt Air scent is so relaxing. It also just works really well and you only have to use a small amount. my clothes and bedding (and even my kids dirty soccer clothes) got super clean and soft. Looking at the ingredients list, everything is super clean - no SLS, phosphates, etc. I also love that it comes in a paper carton instead of a wasteful plastic jug. After trying Bloop I will never be using another brand! Thanks Bloop!
I didn’t think I’d ever describe a laundry detergent as adorable, but here we are. Bloop has completely redefined what clean should look, feel, and smell like. First off — the scent. It’s not just good. It’s heaven-on-earth good. Think salt air {personal fave}, fresh florals, and just a hint of magic. My laundry room/garage now smells like a high-end spa.
Then there’s the packaging. Instead of clunky plastic jugs, bloop comes in the most charming, eco-friendly milk-carton-style containers. They’re compact, recyclable, and totally shelfie-worthy. Every time I pull it out, I feel like I’m doing something kind for the planet and my aesthetic.
But what really sold me? Bloop is just as gentle on skin as it is on the environment. As a mom of 3 kiddos with sensitive skin, I’ve learned the hard way that many detergents leave them itchy or dry — not bloop. It’s free from harsh chemicals, dyes, and unnecessary junk, and still manages to get their stained clothes perfectly clean. No residue, no irritation, no compromises.
And did I mention it’s cruelty-free, biodegradable, and made by a company that actually cares? Because yes, all of that too.
If you’re looking to upgrade your laundry game with something that’s effective, sustainable, and flat-out delightful, do yourself (and your laundry) a favor: go get some bloop
I first noticed BLOOP on Thingtesting and was intrigued by the packaging. I am on the hunt for a more sustainable and clean household but am currently purchasing my laundry detergent from Australia… on the hunt to find a great detergent in the U.S.. I received two samples to try - Super Bloom and Salt Air. Before I could even open the box, the scent was scenting. I was nervous that the scent would be too much for me. Since ridding a lot from the home, I have become oversensitive to smells. Although I think BLOOP is a great, clean, laundry detergent, I would most likely purchase the unscented for every day clothing. I did enjoy the Super Bloom for towels and pilates / workout wear. Was nice leaving class and still smelling like a bloom. If you like scents and currently use Gain or Tide with a smell; def try this instead!
