I received a Bloomscape peace lily when my dog passed away a few weeks ago ... was a thoughtful, beautiful gift and is a daily reminder for my family of the pet we loved and lost. Highly recommend!

I purchased my first set of plant babies last spring from Bloomscape. My plants arrived in excellent quality, and I loved that they gave explicit instructions for people prone to kill their plants. I am happy to say that a year later, they are thriving. Now that I am more experienced with plants, I would say that their prices are a bit high. I have purchased plants from local places for much less. I have purchased nodes and propagated plants. If you are starting, I'd suggest the easy-to-care plants. But you can easily buy them locally and research how to care for them online.

No No No!!!! The plant they sent it 2 inches high. I was so embarrassed this was sent as a gift. Walmart would have sent a better plant. Save your money and don't use them.

I received a damaged plant and emailed the costumer service twice-- no reply. The order takes forever to ship and there is a no cancellation/ return policy. You can talk to nobody if you have issues. It's so frustrating. I would recommend going to a local nursery.

The plant shipped to me was half dead half damaged.. for almost $200 for nothing

I love that Bloomscape makes plants accessible to anyone who isn't near a nursery. I bought multiple plants from them during the initial stages of the pandy. Many of them are thriving and purifying the air in my space, all while looking super cute! Some plants didn't make the trip and their cx team was amazing in trying to help me revive them or replace them.

I loved how the plants were delivered to my house and came with instructions. Not sure if it was the user's fault aka me and my non-green thumb, but the plants did not last long. Also, one of them had gnats in the soil. Going to try ordering again!

Amazing plants, they are all so big and lush. Living room ready! We now have over 50 plants in our house, most all from Bloomscape. Their care cards and content available on their website makes it so easy to care for our plants. My black thumb has turned green,

Beware the limited return period. They have a 14 day return period - which includes holidays and holiday weekends. Customer service takes a long time to respond. And there is no flexibility - I tried to return a gift 16 days after it was delivered, but to no avail.
