Bird & Blend is definitely one of my favourite tea companies on the market. First, I love the selection of teas: scented, unscented, seasonal, matcha, decaf, you name it. Every year, I get B&Bs advent calendar to try new teas out. Some of my favs are Smoky Russian, Sticky Chai, Mulled Cider and Moondrop Dreams. They also have a matcha advent calendar (I think I'll be getting it this year 🍵)

I first received the ice cream matcha powder as a gift, and was sceptical at first because I tend to prefer straight-up non flavoured ceremonial blends of matcha. But wow it's such a treat to have a naturally sweetened matcha powder for when you need a pick-me-up. Hard to believe it's just carob powder adding the sweetness. This is now one of my go-to's I always pick up a pot when I'm near the Portobello Rd shop. Be careful with quantities, a teaspoon is enough for a mug-full, otherwise it gets a bit rich.
