So only day 1.morning But I was starving( 56 and have a lot of life stressors ) just saying . Ate it, could be a fluke will let u know. But I cleaned out my attic, got rid of all the crap. Then went out for day with hubby ( who can drive me nuts, if ur married for 30 years u get it, hee ) all day, but I had fun , it was a great day. My point is , I had energy, wasn’t moody, or starving , yes i did have cocktails but I was happy. ( I did eat later but overall I will say this bar worked great) I will follow up with pics and when a more normal day of just work: btw for reference, generally speaking I’m an active person, in good shape but as I said may be a fluke but I was impressed.

This is a neat little bar that is packed with all your nutrition needs and tastes delicious. It was a pain figuring out which supplements and/or vitamins I needed to take and even more so to remember to take them, but now that issue is solved thanks to this yummy little bar.

Wow...My new favorite daily ritual! These bars taste amazing..seriously. I can't believe they have 100% of my vitamins and Omega3s. I know how important Omega 3s are but I just could never stomach taking fish oil pills. This bar is a godsend!
