Everything was flawless, from the customer service help and advice on style and color, to the quick turnaround and delivery! 

This truly is the best, most luxe piece of furniture I've ever owned. Everything from start to finish was a seamless experience. I desperately needed a sectional upgrade (let's just say that working from home during the pandemic wasn't kind to my previous sofa) - so I picked out my perfect style on the BenchMade Modern website (Skinny Fat!), measured my space, and figured out a custom size and orientation. They shipped a paper printout of my custom sizing directly to my home, so I could roll it out in my living room and adjust the size if necessary. I also received a box of (big!) swatches that helped me figure out what color and fabric I wanted. (I even tested it out on my dog to make sure it would hide his shedding a bit.) I then finalized my order and...the most amazing part...my custom sectional was completed in under five weeks. When it arrived, I was truly amazed, as the quality is top-notch, and it's worth every dollar. It's the most comfortable piece of furniture I own, as well as the most stylish!

If anything I’d just love more styles to choose from because I love this brand so much!

I am obsessed with my BenchMade Modern sofa! I got the OG couch potato in cream- and I was originally super nervous about getting a light colored sofa since they’re not forgiving with stains. Luckily it’s so stain resistant I can get out ANYTHING super easily. It’s also insanely comfortable. Guests sleep on it and say it’s more comfy than their own bed. I really love my BMM piece. You can tell it’s obviously high quality and durable. Seamless experience.  Highly recommend!

I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Benchmade, they were great from beginning to end.  

I have a Benchmade sofa and bed.   The customer service was great, they were helpful with choosing the style and fabric that worked best in my home and I’m super happy with how they turned out.  These pieces are going to last a lifetime.  The polite delivery team set up the furniture and took the packing with them so I didn’t have to do anything.  

Custom sizing of the sofa allowed me to make the best of the space I have.  Variety of style and color options, quality of material and build (sofa and chair), in addition to personalized service from design to delivery, is why I’m very pleased with the BenchMade experience.

I am so pleased with my BenchMade Modern sofa! This truly is the best, most stylish piece of furniture I've ever owned. The fabric is top quality and it’s stain resistant. Super easy to keep clean. It’s very comfortable and cushions hold shape. Guests always complement on the style and color. Highly recommend this company.

Their prices have gone up and the ability to customize sofas has been more limited since we purchased our sectional, but if the quality is the same I think it's absolutely worth it.

Our sectional is going strong after 3.5 years and still looks brand new. The cushions themselves are extremely comfortable and durable and the fabric options are awesome (particularly with a doggo who likes mud and a 2 year old that likes eating on the couch). 

Just an amazing company and I hope they keep focus on quality and durability.
