While in Alaska there is Barnacle foods everywhere. I use their hot sauce which is actually hot and delicious, adds a good kick to any sandwich or fries. I love their spruce tip jelly it’s delicious. As for their spruce tip cookies those are very meh and reminds me of dog treat texture and dry. So go for their jellies and hot sauces not so much their cookies.

The Bullwhip Kelp Piri Piri hot sauce is amazing. I can’t really taste the kelp, but it’s garlicky and delicious— the kind of hot sauce that has as much flavor as heat.
