When searching for custom linen drapes, I compared multiple companies, including The Shade Store. I was impressed to find that Barn & Willow's drapes were of a noticeably higher quality while also being at least 20% more affordable. will buy again.

I recently made a purchase from Barn and Willow, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the materials feel luxurious. It’s clear that Barn and Willow pays great attention to detail, and I can tell this piece will last for years to come. Additionally, my order arrived right on schedule. Timely delivery is always a plus, and I appreciated the tracking updates that kept me in the loop. Overall, I highly recommend Barn and Willow amd I will definitely be shopping here again!

Atrocious company. Placed a CUSTOM order that arrived with incorrect dimensions and incorrect hardware placement. After weeks of chasing down their non-responsive customer service dept., sending multiple photos/video per their request. their response was that they don’t guarantee dimensions on custom orders and although what they sent me was not the length I ordered (and never addressing the wrong cord placement of course), they would not make it right nor send the correct custom Roman shade. (Despite their website making big claims that they do whatever it takes to make it right, even if the customer submitted the wrong dimensions). What a joke.. They are the ones that made the mistake and still claim no responsibility. Run, don’t walk away from this company!!
