Bacanha reviews and discussion

Since developing a financially dangerous love affair with my local indie coffee shop, I have become obsessed with trying to make flavoured iced coffee and matcha up to their very high standard. Enter Bacanha raw, organic syrups - or should I say, enter Bacanha vanilla syrup - which has elevated my home beverages to celestial levels (but sadly turned my kid onto my matcha, since now it tastes like birthday cake rather than "uggh, Mama, bitter nasty grass"). All it takes is, for me at least, 20ish drops - i.e. me counting to 20 as I slowly drip, drip out of the wonderfully easy to control pouring cap - to give the most authentic, ice creamish vanilla taste I've ever had in a syrup. There's none of that saccharine, chemical taste (and aftertaste), just smooth deliciousness that is pure and moreish, and comforting like home baking. And it's organic!!! Win, win!!! Fantastic taste also comes with fantastic looks: namely a chic glass bottle that just screams class! The only downside is I have to hide it in the back of the fridge, lest Kiddo discovers just what has been making their drinks so delish! Now to decide what flavour to try next ...
