I’m Deepika, founder of Ayurvedist and Ayurveda runs in my DNA. I spent 23 years in India learning from my grandfather, a renowned Ayurvedic practitioner who taught me the power of herbs, balance, and longevity. Inspired by his legacy, I created Ayurvedist to bring ancient healing into modern life - through tea. Our mission: Longevity through Ayurveda. We craft organic, dosha-balancing teas with proven Ayurvedic botanicals like Ashwagandha, Triphala, and Turmeric - formulated with 12 Ayurvedic experts to deliver calm, focus, energy, or balance.
