Really nice quality bags, toiletry bags, and go bags. I've always had a good experience with customer service and have found their prices reasonable for the level of quality. Returns are also easy and packaging is quite nice.

Great customer service! I bought the medium carry on 6 years ago (through a partnership they did with west elm). One of the zipper pulls came off, and I reached out to support to see if they suggested a repair process. They just asked for a copy of my receipt, and sent me a brand new suitcase! I’m super loyal to this brand

I have 3 Away suitcases that are used constantly. When the seam ripped on one of them Away replaced it immediately with a brand new suitcase. I like how straightforward and simple the design is.

These are so light and well made. The battery is useful for long hauls for sure.

I love my away! I bought my first suitcase from away in 2017 when I started to travel for work. The suitcase is still in amazing shape even after several years of weekly travel. It holds a surprising amount - I packed for 10 days in India in the carryon (the smaller one) and a backpack. The built space for a portable charger is a nice feature as well. I also have the checked bag size which I don’t use as often, but also love. It’s not too big but holds everything you could need for 2+ weeks of traveling. My only gripe is too many people have them! I bought my away bags before they were available in a lot of color ways, so I feel like everyone in the airport has a navy one and can be hard to spot mine.

Love these suitcases. Great quality but very lightweight. Comes with a dirty laundry bag which is handy. Excellent customer service and warranty policy. Definitely will be using and buying away suitcases as long as they’re around!!

LOVE MY BIGGER CARRY-ON!!!! It has stood up to a lot and anytime it gets scratched, I just buff it out with the little sponge that came with. My sister bought a suitcase too and days later decided she like a different color better - they let her exchange it even though she had opened the package - incredible customer service! Spendy but worth it! I originally was drawn in by the portable charger, but I don't even use that anymore - it's just super solid suitcase without any gimmicks!

Our family has used their Away luggages for multiple trips and they have held up great. The 360 wheels roll smoothly, the interior compartments allow for organized packing, and the hidden laundry bag is a nice addition. The polycarbonate suitcases are very lightweight but durable. The Away products are expensive and a luxury item but I think they are worth the investment.

I personally bought this directly from the Away store while I was visiting family in Austin. I bought the aluminum one and OMG is it worth it. A dupe for the Rimowa aluminum luggage with lifetime warranty and such good quality. It is my new travel essential!

I love my AWAY suitcase! It is the best one I've ever had. Very lightweight and easily holds a lot of items due to the compressive nature of the case. I would buy in another size!

I purchased a large away a couple of years ago and while I like the style, I feel like the quality has been average. One of the zippers fell off the track and is impossible to fix because the start of the zipper is behind fabric in the center of the suitcase. The size of the suitcase is great, but it's almost so large that it's pretty easy to go over weight when packing. Wheels nicely though! I have another suitcase from Burton that is 10+ yrs old and is holding up better than the away.
