Beautiful, high quality travel systems. I've traveled the world with my hard shell suitcase and it is still in fantastic condition.

I have had my away bag for almost 7 years. I travel typically every week or every other for work and my away bag accompanies me each and every time. I am able to rely on it knowing it is going to perform. I have given several bags as gifts and have always heard the best comments. I love away!

The Away has been my main and favorite suitcase for the past 5 years and I love it! I find that the combination of price point, functionality, and style is perfect -- it's pricier than your Costco suitcase, for example, but the colors and style make it fun to use, and the double compartments + zipper + flap to help condense items works super well. I love that there's a larger carry-on size, because it really allows me to be able to squeeze much longer trips into just one carry-on suitcase. For example, I did a 5 week travel from Atlanta, to Spain, to Switzerland, to France all in one carry-on, and was able to fit outfits for ~5 very different climates. I've also compared this suitcase against much more expensive versions (like the non-aluminum Rimowas) and found that they were extremely similar in how they looked, felt, and worked. Only upgrade on the Rimowa is it rolls better, but I don't think it's hundreds of dollars better. My boyfriend also broke the wheel on one of his Away suit cases (or more specifically, United broke it the one time he checked the bag), and Away quickly sent him a new one once he showed proof of the damage, so they also do carry through on their lifetime warranty!

I have had one suitcase the bigger carry on for 5+ years with a lot of travel and it’s still holding up great. Also their return process is very generous. I bought one of the metal check in bags before a big trip, I ended up not liking it and they took it back so easy at on if their stores and gave me a full refund!

Great customer service! I bought the medium carry on 6 years ago (through a partnership they did with west elm). One of the zipper pulls came off, and I reached out to support to see if they suggested a repair process. They just asked for a copy of my receipt, and sent me a brand new suitcase! I’m super loyal to this brand

I have 3 Away suitcases that are used constantly. When the seam ripped on one of them Away replaced it immediately with a brand new suitcase. I like how straightforward and simple the design is.

These are so light and well made. The battery is useful for long hauls for sure.

I love my away! I bought my first suitcase from away in 2017 when I started to travel for work. The suitcase is still in amazing shape even after several years of weekly travel. It holds a surprising amount - I packed for 10 days in India in the carryon (the smaller one) and a backpack. The built space for a portable charger is a nice feature as well. I also have the checked bag size which I don’t use as often, but also love. It’s not too big but holds everything you could need for 2+ weeks of traveling. My only gripe is too many people have them! I bought my away bags before they were available in a lot of color ways, so I feel like everyone in the airport has a navy one and can be hard to spot mine.

Love these suitcases. Great quality but very lightweight. Comes with a dirty laundry bag which is handy. Excellent customer service and warranty policy. Definitely will be using and buying away suitcases as long as they’re around!!

LOVE MY BIGGER CARRY-ON!!!! It has stood up to a lot and anytime it gets scratched, I just buff it out with the little sponge that came with. My sister bought a suitcase too and days later decided she like a different color better - they let her exchange it even though she had opened the package - incredible customer service! Spendy but worth it! I originally was drawn in by the portable charger, but I don't even use that anymore - it's just super solid suitcase without any gimmicks!

Our family has used their Away luggages for multiple trips and they have held up great. The 360 wheels roll smoothly, the interior compartments allow for organized packing, and the hidden laundry bag is a nice addition. The polycarbonate suitcases are very lightweight but durable. The Away products are expensive and a luxury item but I think they are worth the investment.
