The brand's strengths include a wide variety of styles and impressive flavor profiles that mimic real beer, making it a popular choice for those avoiding alcohol. Actually, not bad!! I enjoyed the flavor and how light it was, and I got to enjoy a beer with a friend without having to feel guilty that I wasn't drinking an alcoholic one. It reminded me of the really good Asahi non-alc ones but less flavorful. (but not in a bad way!) I'd definitely buy this again when I'm at a bar again and hanging with my friends.

Great for taste and some of the best flavor options. Quickly becoming the legacy brand in the space with the $50M investment from Kurig. Not as good as some of the other smaller brands in the NA beer space but a solid option.

As someone who works in content creation, I find Athletic Brewing to be a fantastic choice for those who want the experience of craft beer without the alcohol. Their non-alcoholic brews are flavorful, well-crafted, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a cold beer while maintaining a healthier lifestyle. The variety of styles—from IPAs to stouts—is impressive, and each one delivers a rich, satisfying taste that rivals traditional beers. I appreciate that Athletic Brewing uses high-quality ingredients, ensuring a premium experience with every sip. While non-alcoholic beers can sometimes fall short in flavor, Athletic Brewing stands out as a top choice for anyone seeking a delicious, alcohol-free option.

Better than a regular beer! Athletic Brewing just tastes good! I love that I can enjoy an IPA or mix up a Michelada with their Mexican-style copper. Less calories as well and no desire to slam a six pack so they last you longer. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol anymore I don’t even feel like I’m missing out on anything with an alternative that tastes this good.

When you don't want the alcohol but do want the flavor and experience of drinking a beer, this is it. As someone who prefers lighter brews, I typically grab the Upside Dawn (it's widely available, even at my local Trader Joe's). My friends who prefer something hoppier are fans of the IPAs.

There are better NA beers today.

Best NA I’ve ever tried. The big brands can’t compete with the taste. Every version they have is good, my favorite on the lighter Mexican Cerveza side.

I have tried a lot of non-alcoholic bruise to the years. All the way from near beer back in the beginning till now. Most of them left me wanting. They had no body and there was always a watery undertone. Athletics Free Wave Hazy Brew is the best I've ever had. It has body, flavor, and a barely detectable watery undertone. I actually find it more agreeable to my taste buds then many of its 8.2 -9% counterparts. Like it well enough that I'm buying 12 packs of it now. Fred Meyers carries it.
I wanted to love it, but it is just okay for me. I tried the upside dawn product and it was lacking a lot of substance and flavor. It performed in the middle of the NA beer pack for me, but did help me through dry Jan!

It tastes like beer. It sounds obvious, but it’s harder than you’d think judging by all the bad non-alcoholic beers out there. I think you would have a really hard time picking this one out in blind tasting with regular beers. I tried both their pilsner and IPA and definitely prefer the IPA but that is more of a preference thing. It does exactly what it is says on the tin and there is no arguing with that.
An amazing lineup of near-beer. Discovered during pregnancy and since have subscribed to keep it stocked in the house. Partner also a huge fan. This is coming from San Diegans, with very high standards for beer! Free Wave is the best if you’re looking for an IPA sub.

Has become a staple for me as I try to avoid having alcohol in my apartment, and find that a refreshing can of Athletic can hit the spot. Most recently, I’ve been loving their Downwinder Gose beer, which is sour, tart and quenches that need for a beer after a long day or run.

I would love to see it on draft in more bars :)

Trail-Run Explorers went to Exmoor for some exhilarating trail running around the coast, up enormous hills, through woods and across fields of wild ponies. I took some Athletic Brewing beers and kept them cool for after each days running. With nearly 40 miles and 8570ft of elevation covered in 3 days these beers were enjoyed by everyone. We even took the beers to the beach afterwards and enjoyed them in the evening sun with pizza, cooler bag essential of course. Oh yes, they're alcohol free. Lovely beers.

All Out is just fantastic! Tasty and dark with a smooth foam...
Really love the Upside Dawn golden ale and the lite "beer"! Great flavor and perfectly carbonated, they have really nailed the beer taste better than most other NA beers I have tried. Wish they stayed carbonated for a little longer, but that is my only complaint.
My boyfriend loves these! They're a good alternative when you want to drink an IPA style beer but don't want the alcohol.
Not big on beer to start BUT I will say, my boyfriend was a huge fan and he was happy to jump on the NA trend after seeing how much variety there still is for drinking without the booze!

If you want an NA beer, this is the best I’ve found! There is no taste difference so it feels like you are drinking an actual beer. The price is more expensive than a light beer but about average for a craft or specialty beer. We drink these when we want to take a break from drinking but enjoy the taste during a football game. Highly recommend!
