We bought a TOV piece through Ashley online because they were selling it at a great price relative to other stores. Delivery ended up working out well (the two people who showed up were great), but the Ashley “white glove” delivery partner (Hub Group) was a bit of a pain to reschedule delivery with. There wasn’t even an option to reschedule when they called to share their randomly scheduled delivery date and time. We had to find their call center number separately.
Before we bought our couch, we visited the Ashley showroom. I have to just say that the quality of the pieces in the showroom wasn’t the best. It left something to be desired.
If you can find a good deal online for a brand, I would say that overall, Ashley furniture makes sense!
