I want to start by saying I have interacted with both USA and UK website. It seems like UK branch no longer exists and I can see why. I have originally purchased a puzzle in UK but had several peeling pieces and I struggled to get a reply from customer service. They would promise to get back to me tomorrow, then disappear for 3 weeks just come back and promise another reply that never happened. After over a month of frustration I have contacted the USA customer service and they have been wonderful. Not only they helped me to chase up answers from UK branch, they also offered to ship out the replacement. It is truly a shame that this brand has lost the presence in this country which made it significantly more difficult to buy their puzzles in UK, but I think I can understand this decision. I think that puzzles are absolutely worth the price, they offer amazing tactile experience and their customer service in USA is simply the best. If you are reading this from USA, do not hesitate to buy.
