I have a few of their pro 3 cameras. They make great cameras and the design and build quality are very good. I’ve dropped them a couple times swapping batteries and they held up fairly well. The picture and video quality are good. The cloud service and app are just ok. I was not impressed with the battery life compared to the competition.

The quality of the video was not the greatest but Arlo was very helpful for our family to monitor my elderly grandmother. The times we were not home with her, we could talk to her through the camera too. It was great for peace of mind.

I love my Arlo cameras. The app is easy to use, subscription is affordable. Great quality videos and equipment is solid!

Good looking product, but was just hard to set up when I bought for my parent. The connection was a bit spotty and charge didn't last long.

One aspect that is disappointing is the requirement for a subscription to access recorded footage from just a few minutes ago. It would be more convenient if users could review recent recordings without the need for a subscription. Furthermore, the loading time of the live feed within the Arlo app can be frustratingly slow. This delay can be inconvenient, especially in situations where real-time monitoring is necessary. So far, I prefer Ring.

I have arlo security cameras. I had bestbuy people install it for me. For the cloud storage we have to pay extra each month. It’s a growing brand and provides clear pictures . It has wide angle and wireless . It can be in any weather.
