  • If you follow me, you'll start to realize I am an athlete who prioritizes my nutrition, as well as flavor. Whey protein is my current favorite, due to its amino acid profile (check out @drstacysims for excellent female athletes nutrition information!). I've tried SO many, and was excited to test this one from ancient nutrition. It features: - 23g of protein per scoop - Made with organic regenerative A2/A2 nonfat milk protein - Fermented Eggshell Membrane Collagen Different protein powders perform well in different contexts- some work great in smoothies due to their neutral flavor, like this one, and some do well in recipes or on their own. This is a very fine texture which dissolves EXTREMELY well in milk and plant milks (almond is my favorite), and that's a standout for protein powder (IYKYK). It's not too sweet, which I like, but also makes it a bit bland on its own. It's actually great in milk for that reason, but kinda lame in almond milk. I love how easily it blends, and it's become a staple for mixing into post workout smoothies to help keep me fueled, recovered, and satiated. If you're looking for a good blending protein powder with over 20g of protein per serving, this is a great choice!

  • I actually have the vanilla collagen peptides and they rule. I love the flavor of Ancient Nutrition and it dissolves well into my drinks. Doesn’t taste too crazy like stevia ones. Of all the collagen products I’ve tried this has been my fave.

  • I thought the product tasted okay it tasted like unflavored gelatin and unflavored whey protein powder mixed together. When I shook it up in a 8 oz water bottle the powder was coagulating so it was a little difficult to get it to emulsify with the water. I might buy it but only if they have more flavor options. And I don't consume powdered supplements on a regular basis. So yeah maybe someone that uses powdered supplements daily would like the convenience of the on-the-go packets as opposed to scooping it from a canister which can be messy. I do love the pre measured packets easy to tear.

  • I tried some of the Collegen Peptides in my coffee. It was unflavored, so I did not notice that it changed my coffee at all. I also did not notice (with one small packet) that it did anything for me. Perhaps if I bought the product and used it over the length of several weeks, that would be different, but the price is quite high.
