I am so impressed with this supplement, I have noticed great differences, and it has been a big part of feeling 100%. You can add this to a hot or cold drink, and it mixes in very well. I love the ingredients in here and highly recommend this brand and product.
This magnesium is incredible, it has the perfect amount and I love this blend. This is very easy to incorporate into my routine. It is just two capsules that are very easy to swallow.
