Not only is this sofa comfortable, it is in it for the long haul! I love how versatile this washable sectional is. The covers are so easy to clean and the lightweight design makes vaccuming a breeze. Our family loves the sofa and most of all I love that it can grow with us. We are renters and sometimes space is limited so it is great to have a sofa that can fit the space no matter the size and we can add pieces as needed! I also am an indecisive person when it comes to decor and style, so I love that I can change the fabric color to give the living room a facelift and fresh take without purchasing new furniture!

The WASHABLE EVERYTHING about this brand has been a GAMECHANGER with me! From their dining chair covers to their OUTDOOR WASHABLE SECTIONAL... I've been telling everyone about it! I have two kids and I really try my best to make my spaces kid friendly but also STYLISH! My outdoor sectional is safe with my kids and is the talk of every party! The Boucle fabric is MAGIC and the way it washes MAGIC! I'm so incredibly happy with my products that I tell everyone about it and every time someone comes over and sits down on the dining chairs or my outdoor sectional they always ask where I got it anyway! LOVE ANABEI!

The outdoor sofa by Chicory is phenomenal! Its VERY comfortable, stunning, and high performance. I like how its lightweight and modular so we can move it from the top of our deck, all the way downstairs to our pool when we need extra seating. It looks like it belongs inside which makes it feel luxurious!!

Truthfully... I was a little worried about our dogs destroying this couch right away. They’re on and off it all the time, and one of them scratches at everything. Somehow, no snags so far, and hair wipes off or comes right up with a vacuum. What I found that really helped was getting the swatch kit they offer, I was able to test it and see how the fabric would hold up before making a selection. Which I'm glad I did! This couch has already survived way more chaos than I expected, and it’s still looking great.

After a few weeks of living with our modular Anabei sofa, I can honestly say I'm obsessed! The memory foam cushions are supportive without feeling stiff, and the modular design makes it easy to fit our living room and our constantly changing family chaos. Quick tip, wash all covers right away for better and smoother fitting! I have two energetic little boys, and lots of animals. That means muddy paws, spilled milk, pasta sauce, paint, snack crumbs, forts built out of cushions... you name it. I needed a sofa that could actually survive real life. Being able to remove the covers and throw them straight into the washer and dryer is a total game changer. It gives me so much peace of mind, and the sofa still looks beautiful after everyday family life. If you're looking for something that's comfortable, practical, family-friendly, and still looks elevated, I couldn't recommend it more!

I’ve had a lot of couches over the years, and most of them were just okay. With this couch, the support is better, the fabric feels higher quality, and it holds its shape really well. I’m glad I went with the Memoriox seat comfort because my lower back is always my main concern, and it really helps. I do need to throw a couple accent pillows behind me since I’m on the shorter side, but overall this couch just feels solid and well-designed. Definitely worth it!!

Feedback was shared with the Anabei team after our nearly 18 months of use. We have owned the Anabei Modular Performance 6-Seater U-Sectional with Ottoman in Indigo (Deluxe Blend) for approximately 500 days. After giving it significant time in a real household setting, I felt comfortable sharing a long-term review. To start with the positives: the colour is beautiful and has held up well aesthetically, and the modular design is practical and flexible for larger gatherings. We intentionally purchased a large sectional because we enjoy entertaining and regularly host extended family, so seating capacity was an important factor. Unfortunately, beyond appearance and configuration, our experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Despite not being heavy daily users of the sofa, comfort has been consistently lacking. During postpartum, I spent more time seated on it than usual and became very familiar with how it performs over extended periods. The cushions feel firm and unsupportive and do not contour or respond in the way the product description suggests. The Deluxe Blend was marketed as featuring supportive memory foam, a plush contoured fit, high-resilience layers wrapped in memory foam technology, and a plush seating experience. There is absolutely nothing plush about the Deluxe Blend. In our experience, those claims have not translated into real-world comfort at all. The cushions have shown little to no adaptive feel and remain unexpectedly hard. Many guests and family members have complimented the appearance of the sofa and asked where it came from, but those conversations consistently stop once people sit on it. Given the expectations created by the product description and our long-term experience with the sofa, this has been one of our most disappointing furniture purchases. We wanted something comfortable enough for everyday life and gathering with family, but comfort has ultimately fallen far short of expectations. If comfort and long-term seating experience matter most to you, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. When I brought this experience to the customer service team, I was told they have an upgraded V2 Deluxe+ cushion insert which they would be happy to send me to try before invoicing me for the remaining cushions if I was happy with the new version. The first customer service representative was consistently not answering my questions and giving me incorrect information so I asked to have someone else deal with my case. The second person, Adams, explained the two new cushion and pillow options with their respective prices. I agreed that we would try one of their new Deluxe+ cushion insert and Cloud pillow. Adams tells me they will arrange to have these shipped as a trial. Then I receive another email from him saying that they no longer ship to Canada and so they can't fulfill the partial order. This clear lack of competence shows me that this company has zero value for its customers. I spent nearly 8,000$ CAD on this sofa and after a year and a half, and providing real like feedback I am treated like this. Please, please please, buy anywhere else.

I kept waiting for this couch to start showing signs of wear and tear, but nope. Two months in, snacks dropped, drinks spilled, muddy paws hopping on and off and it still looks brand new. The only thing I’ll mention is that the seat was a bit firmer than I expected at first, probably because it's brand new but after a couple weeks it broke in nicely. I catch myself lounging here more than I probably should and I’m not mad about it.

Yes, if you go for a lighter color, it can get dirty. That part is real. BUT here’s the thing, you’re not stuck with it! I’ve washed the covers a few times already, and they come out looking brand new every single time. Honestly, it’s a trade-off that works totally in my favor. Plus, this couch is ridiculously comfortable!

Looks and feels great. I’ve owned “nice” couches before that you’re almost too scared to sit on. With this one, it looks clean and elevated and I can actually live on it without stressing about spills or wear. I’ve already removed and washed the covers twice, and they’ve held up perfectly. Putting them back on took me a little bit of time the first time around, but honestly, I’d much rather deal with that than be stuck with a couch I can’t wash. Totally worth it!

Comfortable seating. No maintenance issues so far! I’ve had it for a while now and it just does what it’s supposed to do. Nothing more, nothing less. Very easy to clean & honestly what I wanted!

BUT I threw the cover in the wash and it came out completely clean, which honestly sold me right there."

It’s been over a month since I got this sectional, and I have to say - I’m genuinely impressed!! I have two dogs, and like any pets, they shed, run around, and occasionally cause spills. Despite all that, this sectional has handled everything incredibly well while still being super comfortable. The slipcovers are super easy to remove and clean, which has been a huge plus. I even ended up buying extra slipcovers so I can switch up the look whenever I want! Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a durable, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly couch, this is definitely the one!

I purchased an Anabei sofa in September 2025, and within less than two months, it failed structurally. The back pillows compress completely flat immediately upon use, and the seat cushions constantly slide forward, leaving large gaps. This is a clear mechanical failure, not a matter of subjective comfort. My experience with their support has been deceptive and unprofessional. It is impossible to reach this company by phone; I left detailed voicemails asking for help, but they were ignored, forcing me to handle everything via email. On December 18, the support team confirmed in writing that my order was under warranty and explicitly promised to "assist by offering a replacement for the affected components" However, the representative, Germaine, subsequently pulled a complete bait-and-switch. She backtracked on the written promise, dismissively told me the issue was just my "subjective" opinion, and refused to send the replacements unless I paid for them (offering only a ridiculous discount). When I called out this dishonest behavior and demanded to speak to a manager, she sent me a scheduling link that showed absolutely zero availability on the calendar. They are now refusing a refund by citing a 30-day return policy, despite the fact that the product is defective and they previously admitted it was a warranty issue.

After living with my new sectional for a couple weeks. I can confidently say it's an exceptional couch. It had a stress free setup, and it is incredibly durable, I have zero complaints. As I said, the assembly was incredibly easy due to the modular design. The individual sections allowed me to maneuver around the room, experimenting on different layouts until I found the perfect design for my space. Another standout is the fabric, as I did have a mishap with a drink. The liquid beaded up and rolled off of the cushion without leaving a trace; proving that this couch was made for real life. Beyond the practical features of the couch, it is also extremely comfortable. I have found it to be comfortable for relaxing.And even a nap. Leaving the ottoman to be independent has allowed for visitors to share it or move it to the section that they prefer.

I bought this sofa for a few reasons: 1) price point, it was too hard to pass and 2) removable and washable covers. The design of it is a plus, as it's different than your typical sofa but still aesthetically pleasing. Once it arrived and I assmebled it, I knew I made the right choice. It looks stunning in our home, the color is absolutely beautiful! The fabric is super soft, and the back pillows and cushions are more plush and comfortable than I ever imagined they could bee. And I can clean it!!! Im very pleased with my purchase.
