    I really enjoy the taste of all three products. Also like the convenience of so much flavor being in jar to help shorten my cooking time on a meal. Mango & Co. compliments shrimp very well. Nice job on creating this brand of products!

    I use Amjul marinades on my chicken and fish. It’s great for when I’m in a hurry and want to make something quick because the spices are already blended for you. Mango& co. Is my favorite, it pairs well with any protein. I also love the dry rub-Best of The West. Also helps that they have beautiful and thoughtful packaging and great customer service.

    I cook a lot, so, I’ll like to see bigger jars of the marinades.

Amjul is a small batch West African Spice and Marinade brand founded by Nurse Practitioner , Aminata Fofanah. In mid 2020, she worked under intense environments amidst COVID. She found herself cooking more often as a form of therapy , and a way to cope with everything going on around her . During most grocery store trips to gather ingredients , she noticed a lack of African flavors on the shelves. Amjuls mission is to introduce the world to West African culture and tradition through good for you, vibrant , aromatic flavors in a jar . Our goal is to fill a void in a space where there is a lack of inclusion and accessibility of African flavors. We want to introduce you to palate satisfying taste, without compromising flavor . We take pride in educating and serving our community , with the aim to alleviate common health conditions that disproportionately impact our community, through food. We are ingredient conscious, and use all natural , easy to read and pronounce ingredients . We are Gluten , MSG , additive and preservative free, Vegan/Vegetarian friendly.
