  • AminoLean has become a reliable part of my pre-workout routine, it gives me a clean boost of energy without the jitters or crash I’ve experienced with other pre-workouts. I like that it includes amino acids and doesn't rely on tons of sugar or overly intense stimulants. The flavours are solid, and it mixes well.

  • I have their pink lemonade amino lean before breakfast every morning. It tastes great, & gives me the boost of energy that I need for my workout or work day. It also helps to curb the cravings. I repurchase every month!

  • I'm most certainly not the target audience for these energy drinks—one of which is a collaboration between AminoLean and Alix Earle, whom I had to Google to find out she's a prominent TikTok influencer—but I had a BOGO offer and figured I would give them a try. Both tasted just fine—a bit sweeter than the average energy drink but not overly treacly (Sucralose seems to be the substitute for sugar here). And I did get a small boost of energy after drinking each can. That having been said, despite images of raspberries and hibiscus on the collab, "Berry Alixir," and cherries and lime on the "Sparkling Cherry Lime," the only "natural" ingredients seem to be carbonated water, caffeine from green tea leaves/green tea leaf extract, and "Natural Flavor": The rest of the lengthy list are all kinds of amino acids and other additives. Which isn't surprising—the product does have amino in its name and, other can indicating it's vegan, doesn't claim to be wholesome or all-natural—but I had hoped for healthier ingredients as opposed to a tasty yet potentially troubling chemical cocktail.
