I am a 36 waist and find that the designated underwear size is too loose in the package area. I am a normal sized guy and want support. I just ordered the paradise pocket and like the extra support and separation. I ordered it in a medium instead of the 36" waist large. You all have great customer support.

I was tired of spending too much on underwear that didn’t hold up or wasn’t comfortable. This company will give you the opportunity to make sure their products are what you want without putting your money on the line for something you will never wear if it doesn’t work out.

Excellent quality underwear, definitely my favorite and has become my go-to. Not cheap, but one of the cheapest among the premium brands.

I've been a customer since 2018. Not the cheapest, but great value. After 4 years my first round of purchases are finally giving out with normal use/wear, and I'm buying a second batch in 2022. They've created some newer products (endurance compression layer, paradise pouch) so it's nice to see some upgrades!

High quality products for a fair price. Trying out one item from a category is absolutely the way to go to make sure everything is right and avoid return shipping costs and hassle. The horizontal fly is the best thing I've seen since the standard one we're all used to. No-ride-up legs are the real deal. I had tried so many other brands... premium brands... but AllCitizens are the best in that regard and most others... especially for the price. Helpful and responsive customer support, too.

I've ordered their boxer brief underwear before and it's great. It fits really well and comes in different cuts and lengths (normal, athletic, long, short, etc.) I really enjoy the fabric and the underwear has lasted me years so far. I also really like the elastic on the legs that helps the underwear not bunch up. Overall recommend to any guy.

The concept is great! I've not found anyone else making anything like the Paradise Pocket. The material is nice too. The sizes are exactly as described, which means I ordered up one size from what I normally wear, and it was perfect. The legs are too short for tall people like me on the regular design, and the longer design is always out of stock, so I haven't been able to judge those yet, but I will definitely order the longer design when available.

These are almost, but not quite, perfect. I have been in search of the perfect underwear for years: a pair that would give me the support I need without shoving my balls back into my body or smashing them against my leg, that keeps me high and center without making me sing soprano. All Citizens Paradise Pocket is oh so close. The only drawback is the opening of the pocket at the base by the gusset. I’m sure this was designed to allow ventilation; however, the net effect is that when you wear the underwear for any length of time, your boys slips through the pocket and it feels like you have a cord strapped under your balls. Not fun! I fixed this by putting a single stitch at the base of the pocket to the center of the gusset seam, and I am pretty happy with the underwear. In fact, I bought and modified several pairs and it’s all I wear anymore.

Very well made. I like them quite a bit. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Stitching is excellent as is the elastic. The H fly is convenient.

I was sent an email requesting that I write a review on this product and would love to, but all I can write about is my experience with ordering and customer service so far. I placed my order in June this year, knowing that the item was backordered. The site promised that the order would be shipped in August, which was fine. A couple days ago, I emailed the company asking for an update, because I have had no communication from them except for advertisements asking me to buy more items from them. The response was simply said that my order would not ship until October now, another two months. No explanation as to why, no apology, just a statement that I could either wait, or get my order refunded. I asked for more information, and just received what felt like a boilerplate response, "supply chain issues and manufacturing delays" along with the same, basic deal with or it cancel your order statement. This is the first time I have made a purchase from this company and my experience with them so far has been very disappointing.

Very soft. Legs do not ride up. Product works a advertised. Parts go into the hole and are very comfortable. Way more cost effective but quality is not spared.
