one thing about me, i'll always go for a niche ice cream flavor, and alec's fits the bill perfectly. i love the texture and creaminess. the only thing i'll say that bugs me is that the honey blueberry lavender is so lavender-heavy that the ice cream can taste a bit like perfume-- doesn't bother me, but might be overwhelming for others.

Love Alec's Ice Cream. The flavors I tried were Peanut Butter Fudge Honeycomb and Honey Blueberry Lavender. Both flavors are delicious....and both are creamy and silky smooth. No artificial taste. My favorite though is the Honey Blueberry Lavender. Many different flavors to choose from... can't wait to try them all. It's definitely worth the purchase.

I love grabbing a pint of Alec's Ice cream when I'm shopping at Whole Foods. They have such unique flavors and cute packaging. The ice cream tastes very rich and smooth, and the mix-ins are evenly spread throughout the pint. Surprisingly, my stomach doesn't react as much to Alec's ice cream as it does with other dairy products. 

I love this ice cream! They have very unique flavors, and the texture is so smooth and creamy. The mix-ins are the perfect amount. I have tried most of the flavors and my favorite was the matcha and blueberry lavender. The maple cardamom candied pecan was personally not for me, and I found the cardamom flavor a little too strong, but I still ate the whole thing

THE BEST ICE CREAM IN EVERY WAY!   I've only tried one flavor which drew me to this brand in the first place (Honey, blueberry and Lavender) it just sounded delicious and unique. Everything is perfectly balanced and the hint of lavender is soooo dreamy! The best part is my body can tolerate it because it's A2 dairy ! to know its good for the earth, good for my body and good for my tastebuds ... after buying two, the next week I bought three more pints lol. My new favorite that will replace all my sweet desserts. 

Recently I decided to experiment and bought ice cream, which I had never bought before. I bought Matcha Chocolate chip organic ice cream from Alec`s Ice Cream. it`s very mild, with milky taste and not fatty at all. Just as I like. 

This Blueberry ice cream has a very fresh flavor, and the lavender gives a very unique and interesting layer to it. I've never tasted an ice cream like this.

Color, texture and taste make this one of the best ice creams I’ve ever tasted. I’m a huge chocolate+salt fan and this is the best I’ve ever had. The Salted Dark Chocolate will be a staple in my household!

Great organic ice cream with a good portion size! I love that it’s dairy free and gluten free for good digestion and low inflammation. The flavors are on point!

The Salted Caramel Latte flavor is so good!! I haven't seen it in stores recently but they might just be sold out.

Good creamy ice cream. My only wish is that they didn’t add malodextrin to the and cleaner gums than guarguar gum. 

I grabbed Alec’s Ice Cream while I was in Sprouts and now I’m completely addicted to this brand, especially the peanut butter flavor.  It’s really creamy and has chocolatey honeycomb pieces throughout. It’s so good, definitely giving this an enthusiastic YES!  

It’s ice cream it’s delicious. What can I say? I got mint chocolate chip and vanilla and they were both a creamy delight. 

I'd give alec's 4.5/5. I'm sensitive to dairy so the gut friendly A2 milk is a game changer. I do wish they had more texture in their ice cream. The Strawberry Crumble for example, has the taste of oats without the enough crumble bits IMO. 

This ice cream is very tasty. It has awesome flavors and tastes rich. It is a bit too unhealthy for my liking but I would buy it once in a while

It has a rich taste. Overall good quality but the only reason to take a rating down is its price points. Would get them when on sale.

I tried the mint chocolate chip, and it was fabulous. Very creamy, gourmet, little bits of chocolate chips, and it tasted so delicious. My only regret was that it was white rather than green ice cream maybe next time I need to try the Matcha mint chip. Overall Alec’s ice cream is awesome. 

I unexpectedly found Alec's Ice Cream at my local Sprouts Market.  I decided to give it a try and see what I thought. Clearly folks are trying it, because the only flavor choice I had was the Lemon Cookie.  The ;price ($6.99 on sale) was more than I would usually pay, but into the cart it went and home it went with me.  
The lemon cookie looked delicious when I opened it up and peeled back the protective covering.  It looked like lemon, delicious tart and sweet lemon.  It did not disappoint after I tasted this new ice cream.  Smooth, with bits of lemon cookie and I could swear there were bits of lemon peel blended in.  My first taste ended up being ½ the container.  No one else in the house was able to taste it as I finished it the next morning for breakfast.  Truly delicious - only reason for a 4 rating is the cost.

chose 3: matcha chocolate chip, meyer lemon cookie, and strawberry crumble. i let my husband pick 2 and he chose the fruity ones which are not what i would've picked, but i did really like the matcha--went out on a limb with this flavor and it was uniquely delicious, also it was my first time having matcha ice cream--i'm a fan! the other two were what you would expect, both were tasty but i favored the lemon over the strawberry. you can taste the quality of the ingredients. this brand did not disappoint. i want to try them all!

Super fun ice cream flavors. They use the A2 milk to help with digestion, which helps! Peanut butter with fudge and honeycomb is amazing! The quality is excellent with a good price.
