Horrific customer service. I am having my second awful experience with them, namely that I paid for priority shipping and they promise delivery within 5-7 business days, but they retroactively tried to claim that the items were “pre-sale” several days after my purchase, when nothing indicated this on the site, on my receipt, or anywhere else until that gaslight-y email several days after the order should have already shipped. It’s only at this same late stage that they also informed me that their items were final sale. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order if they couldn’t make it arrive within the 5-7 days but they refused to acknowledge those emails until today, on business day 8, to tell me too late, it shipped now. Except the location is still on the literal other side of the country (as in they just dropped it off at the shipper today) so it won’t be here anytime soon. Maybe next week? And I’ll have to return it and wait ages again before I get refunded… I should have known better than to give them another chance after how badly they screwed up my first order but I was led astray by their Canadian B-corp bona fides into mistaking them for a company that actually cares about their customers. I got some defective merch and some wrong sizes last time, plus a GWP for a fertility tracking kit that was expiring so soon after delivery it wouldn’t have been possible to track a single cycle. Spend your money elsewhere.
