Did not like the cheap quality of the bags. Put in for a refund. Was dragged on (as of today for 2 weeks). Still no refund. They get defensive while they still haven't refunded. Had to get paypal involved. At that point they emailed me and asked to drop the claim to get my money faster. Total nightmare of customer service.

Super cute niche market items. I love travel, flying, airplanes, and airports so it was so much fun to see all of the cool items that Airportag carries. I especially love the First Class/Coach duvet cover and the Jet Engine cup. These are perfect gifts for anyone who loves to travel or for any pilots or flight attendants in your life.

I received a eye mask in the mail (I'm not sure why), but it's very cute. It's not anything special, but seems like good quality. There are two straps, which is nice.
