Founded by Kimmy Pace, Afternoon Toast was born from a personal problem — chronic dehydration and sensitive digestion, and nothing on the market that actually helped. The answer was rooted in an ancient ritual. Roasted barley tea has been a daily ritual across cultures for centuries — soothing, easy to digest, and naturally rich in antioxidants and fiber. She fell in love with it and decided to make it an easy to grab and go option by lightly roasting the barley and adding warming ginger.
