Very cute out of the box. Unfortunately all of our mail is sopping wet and it looks like it is rusting with just 4 months of use. Definitely not weatherproof at all. Very disappointing.

Make sure the correct shipping address is listed. If a billing address is pulled automatically into their form - you cannot change and no way to change shipping address. Horrible horrible customer service. I would rethink this vendor. Will definitely spread the word with friends and family to NOT go with this choice.

We ordered the small lockable mailbox in Chili Pepper Red and it is awesome! I never thought I could be so excited about a mailbox. And on top of that adoorn customer service has been top notch. Our friends are moving into a new house soon and we’re thinking of gifting them an adoorn mailbox as well.

After having too many of my packages stolen, I decided it was time to look for a secure place to keep them protected from porch pirates. I looked into a few designs, and ultimately decided to go with the adoorn package box large, because of the large capacity and anti-theft panel. It took me a few hours to assemble, just to learn my item arrived with no keys! I sent an email to their support team, and they were quickly able to ship me a set of replacement keys-very awesome! I feel like this company wants its customers to have an enjoyable experience with their products, and it is awesome I could have chosen from 6 color options! Will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family- thanks adoorn!

I recently bought a small post mount mailbox and I just have to say this is probably the best purchase I have made in 2024. I am not usually one to write reviews, but for this mailbox I felt like I had to. A few weeks ago I had my mail stolen by porch pirates, and was in desperate need of a secure mailbox. My neighbor recently installed one of these in the red color, and I just knew I needed to get my hands on one of these. There were so many color options to choose from on their website; I didn’t even know I could have a blue mailbox! I think everyone should have one of these locking mailboxes at their homes, and feel an extra level of security. I purchased a package box as well (I have a lot of packages sent to my house) and I am so excited to have it set up! TWO thumbs up for adoorn- who knew someone could be so happy with a mailbox!

Got the mailbox for lake house. It holds so much more mail and Amazon packages. Was easy to install and the quality was very high.

The product was great from the pictures to the actual delivery and setup. I have always wanted to have a more colorful mailbox and this has provided all the 'spark' I need with additional safety and peace of mind for myself and my packages!

I am the worst at checking my mail, maybe checking it 2-3 times each week. I got the adoorn post mount mailbox and now I don't have to worry about someone stealing my mail. I've even had small packages dropped into it from the post office instead of them leaving packages in the open on my front porch. It took less than an hour to install, including the post swap. Highly recommend these mailboxes!

I purchased the small post mount in black. I love it. It had a contemporary design without the rounded, arched shape of a traditional mailbox. Its heavy duty and feels very secure. My mail stays dry and I like the shape of the flag. It’s nice.

Ran into a plethora of issues with the large mailbox that stem from its poor quality. The screws they provide to secure the mailbox are so soft that the star point rubs out while your drilling. There is only 1 screw hole made to secure such a heavy mailbox at the top. Making the mailbox very unstable. The key provided is thin and cheap and cannot be duplicated because of how thin it is. So you would be at the mercy of Adoorn to supply additional keys at $11.99 each. Waited 3 weeks, still no key. Told to just be patient, while my mail and small packages are being stolen. Even ran into issues with the replacement barrel they ended up sending me due to its cheapness. Customer service (the lack there of) and manager spoke in a manner that was belittling and nonchalant and couldn't care less about my concerns. Please heed my warning and learn from my mistakes. I wouldn't get an Adoorn product even if it were free, please choose elsewhere

I recently ordered a small lockable mailbox + post. The mailbox arrived relatively quickly, but I have yet to receive the post and it's been 3+ weeks. In addition to the delayed shipping and lack of shipping updates, there are other serious problems with the product. 1. After it rains, water pools on top and creates a waterfall situation for the mail carrier when they try to open the door to deliver mail. 2. There is rust inside the bottom door that I didn't notice until after I installed it on my own post. It arrived this way since I just pulled it out of the package. 3. The mailbox wobbles on the wooden post even though I installed it exactly per the directions.. 4. The rubber sealants on the inside of both doors is already coming unglued. 5. Since I couldn't wait to receive the post any longer (my mailbox was damaged in hurricane Helene and my mail was on hold), I will be returning the post whenever it arrives. The return policy is strict and expensive so make sure you read it carefully. They make the customer pay for returns and they charge a 10% restocking fee.

Such a great mailbox. Replaced a dilapidated old mailbox and I feel it truly makes my entire house look nicer from the street. The locking mechanism is great too. Really high quality.

I purchased an Adoorn mail box about one month ago and am pleased to date. I like the clean look of the mail box and it is a good size for my purposes. I shopped around as I wanted something secure by my front door. The price is competitive compared to what is out there, and I think the product is superior. I would purchase again.

We put a locking package box in our second home in Northern Wisconsin. Looks great. Solid. And. just awesome that we get orders safely prior to arriving there. Good work

What an attractive mailbox! The colors and design are beautiful. We now feel much less worried about our mail disappearing which had become such a problem in the neighborhood. We went to Home Depot and Lowe’s looking for mailboxes but nothing looked as nice as this. We were so glad a friend recommended Adoorn to us before we ended up buying a “boring box!” One funny note, two of our friends said the same thing to us when visiting… they said something along the lines of “you know on HGTV how people have a “statement” door and that can be really attractive to a homebuyer? You have a “statement” mailbox! This mailbox should be a must for any real estate brokers looking to have their listing standout to new buyers. Thanks Adoorn!

Beautiful, solid mailbox with a nice modern flair. Not like any other standard mailboxes I've owned in the past, and as someone who has recently renovated I wanted a mailbox that also complimented the uniqueness of our home. hands down the most aesthetically pleasing and structurally reliable, with a secure locking mechanism and sturdy steel frame, compared to the other brands I was shopping - these were far and away the highest quality. I have one, and now my neighbor has one, safe to say he loves it too and you might too :)

This mailbox is amazing. It's held up extremely well since I installed it. The locking feature was a must for me. Not only does it work great, but I absolutely love the design with the color I chose. Thanks adoorn!
