Excellent customer service! I fell in love with an outfit for my bachelorette party and immediately ordered. The item in my first order felt large so I exchanged for a smaller size. Once my exchange order arrived the smaller size ended up being too snug. I immediately emailed customer service as I felt bad requesting ANOTHER exchange for the original size. I received such a speedy response from Jackie in customer service immediately assisting me in facilitating another exchange. She made the process very seamless and I highly appreciate it. 5 star service and will continue to shop at 12th tribe.

Great customer service received by Jamille. Unfortunately my order was not going to arrive on time for my birthday. I sent an email and received a response right away. I had options on what steps I could take, and appreciate all the effort 12th tribe put into handling the matter. Will definitely be shopping with them in the future as I am very appreciative of great customer service.

Super helpful! I ordered an item that was estimated to ship out at the end of July but it was then the ship date was moved back. I contacted the company and they informed me I could try a different size to get the item in time for my event! They even upgraded my shipping to ensure it would get here on time! I hope the other size fits but regardless the customer service was great!

Whenever I need an outfit for something, I always check 12th Tribe first. :) Super cute clothing for any occasion, great quality and customer service.
