    Love the concept. Clean out the closets without guilt! But, the follow through is terrible. I have purchased many bags to give as gifts to eco-conscious friends and family. I spent a lot of money. Wish I had tried it first. A couple of months ago I packed up my 1st 2 bags to send off. I followed the instructions to scan the QR code to print the return labels. No go- it just doesn’t work. Just get error messages. Contacted customer support and was assured a problem with the QR server was fixed, and they emailed me the labels. I was assured the people to whom I gifted the bags would have no trouble. Yet, here I am again. Now, the same issue. I am embarrassed to have recommended this to so many people, I do not understand why they do not print the labels and include them when they send the bags. Having customers do it is nothing but frustration. And, it assumes everyone has printers, which is not the case with many of the young people to whom I gifted the bags. What a mess! It seems like they are counting on a large percentage of the people purchasing the bags Not actually returning them filled, that way the company pockets the money and doesn’t have to pay the return postage. I am so disappointed.

    Either have a system of sending the return labels with the bags or email the labels automatically to customers.
