A wonderful alcohol-free alternative from a great company with a personal touch. I've been using Mother Root for a long time now and it is certainly one of the best drink ingredients out there. I don't think of it as "alcohol-free", I think of it as a nice drink regardless! My favourite recipe: Take a high-ball glass, add some ice, 25ml Mother Root Giner Switchel, juice (and bits) from half a lime and top up with soda - delicious! It's a spicy and refreshing long drink. There are lots of other great recipes too.
