This week in tabs: Here's what's new in commerce and culture

Earlier in the month Delta launched something called the Window Seat Shop. The IRL Window Seat Shop can be found in JFK, Terminal 4 and customers can shop online. Our very own Emma Chozick did a little deep dive if you want to find out what sorts of brands Delta has curated.

Ganni and Dr. Martens are teasing a collab focused on Dr. Martens’ iconic Jadon Boot. I am excited to see how Ganni puts their signature scandi stamp on this ten year old staple silhouette.

Beer and bagels? It's giving bread. Buzzy bagel bakery, Pop-up bagels is partnering with Blue Moon to create a limited edition Blue Moon Beer Bagel and a Valencia Orange Cream Cheese. If you are in NYC you can try out the bagel/beer/cream cheese combo until Dec. 3 while supplies last.

Ghia, Thingtesting's favorite non-alc beverage of the year, dropped a new flavor: berry. Apparently this has been in the works for over two years and is the brand's first foray into non-bitter Aperitifs.

Snoopy is having a moment. A stuffed version of the cartoon character wearing a puffer jacket (exclusively sold at CVS) is now hard to come by. As the toy continues to sell-out, content creators are documenting their search for the plush toy and some are even turning to ebay to buy Snoopy at marked up prices. Not sure what this says about the collective head space of society...

Ever wondered about the creation of pop-tarts? Turns out dog food was the source of Kellog's inspiration for creating the iconic breakfast/dessert. Just a fun fact to gnaw on.

There has been a lot of buzz around fragrance this year. From unique scents to inventive packaging, perfume had a big 2023. Even this week's brands spotted included three perfume brands! In an attempt to increase transparency around ingredient, and manufacturing practices, regulators at the FDA will be enforcing the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022, or MoCRA, starting at the end of the year. We at Thingtesting love this, as more information leads to more thoughtful purchasing.

Happy reading!
